Eardrumma Summer

ATLiens Two-9 have finally dropped their major label debut FRVR  this week. The gang consisting of Jace, Curtis Williams, Fat Kids Brotha, Cee-J, DJ Osh Kosh and Key! Have been signed to Eardrumma Records since its inception and now have a chance to step out of Rae Sremmurd’s shadow.

The lord of trippy Juicy J has tapped one of his previous collaborators, Slim Jxmmi to cook up another joint called GIMME GIMME. The Mike Will Made It banger gets the visual treatment filled with a lot of “YEAH HOE” moments. The two previously joined forces on the strip club album anthem “Shake It Fast” on Sremmlife 2.

Youngsta… AUS?!

It’s always exciting when an artist with such a strong local fan base takes their talent to different terrains. Youngsta Cpt is no stranger to international audiences and as he gains popularity in South Africa’s commercial industry, it can be seen as perfect timing that this Australian tour is coming now. The tour kicks off in Sydney.

Friday Fiasco

Chitown’s previous golden child Lupe Fiasco released DROGASLight yesterday to much anticipation. With standouts like High (Interlude) and Jump featuring Gizzle, this could easily be Lupe’s best work in a minute. Special Shout out to Tetsuo and Youth.

The Same Drugs

If you enjoyed the trippy, old school film style of Chance The Rapper’s ‘Brain Cells’ video from back in 2012, then you’ll probably appreciate one of the music videos off of the Grammy-nominated Coloring Book, ‘Same Drugs’. Same Drugs features a duet between Chance The Rapper and a puppet which, however which way you’d like to view it, is symbolic of his relationship with drugs which he is seen to be leaving.
